Company History

Staff, ETD Founder Tim Jewell

Enviro-Tech Diving, Inc. was formed in 1990 in response to an increasing need for accurate underwater surveys and analysis of sub-tidal habitats relating to National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permits. The company has evolved over the past 20 years to provide a full range of underwater services including salvage, installation, repair and cathodic protection of pipelines, dock inspection, pile repair, NDT inspections, waste pile remediation, water quality assessments, and underwater surveys.

In addition, we are able to provide specific oceanographic, geologic, ecologic, and biologic analysis of coastal marine systems. We currently provide a variety of marine inspection, construction, and environmental services.

Our customers include seafood processors, national environmental firms, and the State of Alaska. We maintain vessels and equipment in coastal communities in Washington and Alaska for rapid response to our customers’ needs.

Over the past 20 years, we have delivered superior results with difficult projects in even the harshest conditions, from Newfoundland, to Seattle, to Adak, Alaska.
