Pile Repair
From destroyed...
To restored.
We specialize in Dock Inspection and Pile Repair
We utilize a 3 step process that includes Inspection, Structural Evaluation, and Pile Restoration.
Step 1: Inspection
Our divers conduct a detailed inspection of the subsurface structure. The inspection is recorded to DVD with a helmet mounted camera and monitored by a topside supervisor.
Step 2: Evaluation
We produce a detailed report assessing the condition of each structure based on a percentage rating system. We work with our cutomers unique needs to determine a course of action.
Step 3: Repair
We mobilize a team of topside and diver personnel. We use a system of fiberglass forms and pumped-in cementious grout or epoxy to restore piles.
